Hello! I like your album "My Favorite Photos", I also commented some of them, but these comments have gone with the wind ..lol..Treephotos are exspecially my favorites , these big old trees. And your lifetime photos are too touching, I like very much these black and white photos, I noticed that you visited in my photos too, so you see My nickphoto is too black and white , I am in it may be about two years old..:D. Best regards oppana from Finland
Syl, scrolled thru all of the pics and it was cool seeing pics from other angles, etc, that other attendees hadn't thought of taking. It was a pleasure meeting you at this event. It would be nice to have the opportunity to hang out again. We'll have to make some plans. Until then....... take care. ------Mike
Syl, I really enjoyed your class and the field level knowledge you shared with us, it made the class much easier to understand. I will keep in touch and watch for future classes you teach. I will also keep an eye on your website especially the links, they are helpful. Take care.
I lost my oldest son to a divorce also. After 12 years of keeping in touch by phone and infrequent vists because of the distance between us he moved in with me and my second wife. Keep in touch and above all....let him know you love and miss him. The outcome may suprise you.
Hi Syl, I love your comment - "Photos of a place that no longer exists ... except in the memories of those who experienced it". I have two boys 18 & 16 and I've dragged them all over the place showing them my old haunts and been disgusted :-) at their lack of interest, but like you say, that place only exists in my memory and my friends who shared it with me.
I guess that's one of the special things about friends eh.
BTW I love your coons album, those photos are magnificent.
Syl, Your website is touching, I feel very bad about your son. I hope that one day, you will be reunited with him. You are a wonderful loving father. You deserve to be together with your child. Be strong, don't give up!
